This Third Party Warranty is Provided by Guardsman Australia. All Claims will be handled by Guardsman Directly.PLEASE NOTE: If you are ordering a lounge as a gift for a family member, the name on the order must include the recipients name as they are the person who must make the claim with Guardsman. This warranty must be added at the same time, appear on the same invoice and be processed in one transaction.
COMMERCIAL USES
Please Ensure You Purchase Commercial Cover
If you plan on using your item in a commercial business setting, this includes air-bnb, stays etc, the warranty coverage is limited 3 years and only covers food and beverage stains.
Hotels / Motels, B&Bs, Hospitality venues (restaurants, bars, clubs, cafes), Large commercial office blocks or buildings, aged care are excluded from any warranty.
Please view the up-to-date coverage on Guardsman website, we take no liabilities if guardsman revise the coverage. When you purchase a warranty packet you will receive a booklet on your up to date coverage at the time of purchase. For commercial warranties, this is a separate warranty please make sure you purchase a commercial warranty and not domestic warranty.
