For any reason you change your mind and the lounge is in the same New Condition without any damage, PLEASE NOTE: We love our cats too... but sadly; We cannot accept opened returns from homes which contain pets. email returns@melbournelounges.com.au within 48hours of receiving your goods.
 
 Once sent, you will receive an automatic lodgement email notifying you your claim has been received.  Keep this email as proof of lodgement; it is the buyers responsibility to ensure they receive this email or they must contact us within the 48hours for a valid return. Once we receive your email request we will send you full instructions with a return slip. The buyer is responsible for all shipping cost and must safely package the lounge for transport, any damaged lounges will not be accepted for refund.  Thus please wrap and pack safely, ensuring no tape touches leather lounges. We recommend you have insurance with your carrier in case they miss handle your lounge. Returned lounges must be sent to the NSW Returns Warehouse, full address will be provided on your return slip.  Once we receive your lounge it will be inspected within 7 days.  Where goods have been returned without damage, in new condition. We will organise a refund of the lounge less 35% fee and less any difference in the original shipping cost.  (At times the actual shipping cost may be higher than what our website has charged)  All Shipping costs and Guardsman Warranty are non refundable. |
